Snapshots: Sea Ranch

Sea Ranch can be found up the curvy route of Pacific Coast Highway 1, nestled away into the greenery just below the small town of Gualala. I took a look back at my most recent visit to Sea Ranch with my wife and found these beautiful snapshots to give you an idea of  how peaceful and picturesque Sea Ranch truly is. If you happen to plan in any travel for the new year, be sure to stop along the coast at Sea Ranch or Gualala for your pick of sweeping sunsets, rocky coves, and an abundance of photo opportunities. There are plenty of campsites and surfing spots hidden along the way that are sure to wet your appetite for adventure.

Our home borders the Pacific Ocean as well but we were not as sure about what to expect weather wife for Sea Ranch. Fortunately we lucked out on an epic weekend of sun & warmth.

These trees are UN-REAL. So much texture, so many layers – so much growth. They feel so alive (even in winter)…Photo by Betsy Kershner, 2013.
