Introducing an older series called, “Underexposed”. A small group of photos I began on my last trip home to Philadelphia. It catalogs some of the basic ligaments that hold together our everyday objects and life. Nobody really thinks about the millions of hinges and nails, nuts, and washers that hold them inside the Q train as they fly over the Manhattan Bridge. There they go, a zillion miles per hour doing their little job to keep us safe and sound inside that shaky-shiny mode of mass transportation.
